A glimpse into the process from conception, design, and final product of these beautiful modern menus.

Overview
The bride came to me with a handful of reference images and a clear vision: something modern and minimalist that would balance the ornate Spanish architecture of the venue. She loved pearls, neutral tones, and a black-and-white palette, so I began by building a mood board that captured those elements with a refined, editorial feel.
Approach
I developed a series of initial mockups, exploring contrasts in texture, silhouette, and typography. We experimented with square name cards, clean type layouts, and soft fabric details to find a look that felt modern without losing warmth.
Menus

We refined the design toward a final direction that paired a crisp, elongated menu with a charcoal name card, sheer ribbon, and a single pearl accent. This small detail added a romantic, tactile layer that honored the bride’s personal style.

Final Details

The final menu was printed on handmade, cotton-textured paper with naturally deckled edges, adding depth and romance to each place setting. The name tags were produced on thick stock, hand-assembled with chiffon ribbon and a pearl detail.
